Rushikesh brings years of experience across finance, capital markets advisory, and end-to-end logistics operations. In capital markets, he built lasting relationships with discerning clients, sharpened analytical decision-making, and learned to treat trust as a daily responsibility. In transportation and supply chain, he has worked hands-on with freight negotiation, multi-modal coordination, vendor and supplier networks, trade-linked movement, and the budgets that keep fleet and freight operations financially sound. That dual grounding — numbers and movement — shapes how VRINDAA approaches every consignment.

A Master of Management Studies and earlier studies in hospitality and tourism gave him a strong foundation in people, service, and organised operations — skills he carries into leading teams, partners, and client conversations.
